I always give people the benefit of the doubt as you never know the circumstances.
I was meant to settle on a property last week and which bank shafted and cancelled funding on me last minute because it didnt have a driveway even though it has 2 road frontage and said it was land lock.

I was looking down the barrel and needing to sell 2m shares and was looking very unsophisticated especially as it was EOFY

Very glad I was able to delay and manoeuvre

Below is a basic chart set up i find that produces huge results
When stocks take around 8 years to break trend lines but have good projects and prospects and just need the final piece of the jigsaw.

I pulled this post from a few years ago and it rings so true here.
A company with board members that have been successful in the past, large ground holding, a basic resource and some cash in the bank with the commodity price rising strongly.
