OK Two up, unpack for us all please the events of 17/7/23. I understand that the JV was approved up to mechanical completion, but was pending approval for introduction of hydrocarbons. A further approval is required to move to full production. On 17/7, the application moved from "under assessment" to "awaiting assessment" but no revision has been entered. What exactly happened here?
