If you want to know why DMIRS has changed the status in their system back to "Awaiting Assessment" you should probably be asking someone from DMIRS. The approvals to construct and and commission gas processing plant at Walyering remain in place, as approved 10/3/2023
Meanwhile we're still awaiting an announcement indicating that ANY meaningful progress has actually occurred in the last month...
To my knowledge we are still waiting on - mechanical completion; pipework, instrumentation and final electrical; and a commissioning process 'estimated' to take a week.
These all need to occur prior to actually bringing wells online and selling hydrocarbons.
Now, if it takes an extra 6 weeks or 6 months to do the job safely, and avoid accidents/incidents that's fine. But I do want to know WHY we're constantly being delayed, because 6 months is a very significant delay...
