    So two weeks ago they said it would be done in two weeks.

    Now they are saying it will be 'into this quarter' with the reason partly attribute to inclement weather. Which is strange as the weather has been beautiful for the last 2 weeks over here. No rain, minimal wind. Just cold.

    But wait, they also blame the late arrival of key materials. Although two weeks ago they said all processing equipment is secure in place....

    How STX are going to build a gas plant for their main projects will be interesting to see.
