My point, the communication to TPD shareholders is the responsibility of TPD directors, not STX directors.

What have our directors been doing. Why have they not vetted the information before it got to us. TPD directors have a duty of care to TPD shareholders.

I have made investment decisions around these past announcements. If the past announcements were the current reality I probably would have made different decisions.
