Ms Coates has over 25 years’ experience in corporate law and compliance. She is currently Managing Director to Source Governance, a national company secretarial and governance service provider, and has provided company secretarial and corporate advisory services to boards and various committees across a variety of industries, including oil & gas (most recently as Company Secretary to Warrego Energy Limited, which was then acquired by Hancock Energy), resources, manufacturing and technology. She is a qualified lawyer, Chartered Secretary and graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors course. She is also a past recipient of the West Australian Women in Mining scholarship and was selected for the AICD Chairman’s Mentoring Program.
