    One thing I admired about the STX ceo was after they got the independently verified reserve estimate for west erregula which was much less than he was forecasting, he chose not to take a performance bonus which he was entitled to.
    Not many ceos would do that.

    But you're right he seems to over hype which leads to later disappointment.
