Hopefully we can gather more investor interest with the re-classification.
Our NTA with ATOM @ $24 US per share + Cash holding is 5.7cents. Huge discount with it currently trading at 3.9cents. We know this already. Even if you were to account for tax it is still a large discount.
But that's not really the exciting part. The exciting part will be when the next JDA's are signed.
It's not really an if but rather when they sign another JDA ..... Many pundits in the states believe triple figures for ATOMERA is likely to happen upon a 2nd JDA alone.
Could we attract international interest moving forward in KTE as a result of the re-classification?
As an example: If ATOM hits $100 per share that's about 4 bags from here for ATOM on the NASDAQ but for KTE on the ASX - our NTA would be 23 cents per share which makes it 6 bags from here.
If ATOM hits $1000 per share then that's 40 bags for ATOM versus KTE almost 60 bags.
When I spoke to management at the beginning of the year after the first JDA was signed - they were adamant they weren't selling anymore as they know where ATOMERA can go. They have regular check ins with ATOMERA management as well.
I was always nervous about what if they continued to sell down ATOMERA stock to fund other operations in KTE but that is now put to bed with this reclassification. I'll look to add more where I can now.
The reclassification is a positive IMO.
Not financial advice, Goodluck all.
