I see it as a positive and had wondered quite some time back why the ASX hadn’t been on their back earlier due to the current business model.
I recall a similar thing with a company( I think it was a junior explorer) that got into the baby formula exportation area.
Big differences but the company need to be viewed in relation to their primary business activities.
