24M tonnes resource @0.9% nickel in a safe jurisdiction. It should be producing this calendar year in a continually rising price environment for Nickel. Also, being Tassie based with all their hydro, it should be easier to get a 'green certification' on the product.
There is also substantial exploration upside.
This is one Top20 shareholder who will be voting with a resounding yes to the deal. I love the deal but in addition, the alternative is to keep chewing through capital with no project on the table. I trust that if this is the project that they have selected, it is with good cause.
I have a vague memory that JL was involved as a manger here back in MMG days? He will know the project better than most.
My sentiment has moved back to a buy
