I got out of TIS after the CE disaster and swallowed my losses but bought back in around a month ago. Management is completely different now and I think the company is on track. CB has really stepped up the communication in order to win back trust and it shows. Take care about 'FDA approval' though, LBT got approval to sell their system commercially. Next month FDA should allow re-commencement of the Phase 2 study which is completely different (approval for sale is not for ages and many dollars yet). I think the current upward leg is due to anticipation of the trial restarting but not expecting fireworks for a while (won't complain if it does!). There are not too many biotechs where the clinical results are already derisked before you start the study so I'm expecting steady gains over the next year.
