OLD NEWS = ZLD.
Lake have form in re announcing something already announced, to pack out the announcement to hide something else.
The ZLD was already in the DFSSR for those that actually have read it and just didn’t look at the pictures.
It appears to have a bit of a hokey-pokey role in the plan though.
