While everyone (including me) was expecting a more conclusive announcement around full submission, this announcement yesterday is factually and logically the next step for MSB and I think legally this is what they had to say to factually protect themselves.
There is some next steps that are out their control and now it is with the FDA to act on the submitted data and ideally in line with what they have been working with MSB on over the last 2 years in response to the CRL items. Logically 2 years off work should she see a payoff.
I dare say anticipation now will see us move back above $1 soon enough.
