    Why not tell the truth in your disclosure - the real reason why subscribers have flocked to the door is that you yes YOU SKY rolled out a new platform without adequate testing....and rather than say YOU made a mistake YOU come out with customers needing to wear glasses or move couches closer to the screen. SHAME ON YOU !!!!!...and by the way do not think putting the letters in bold fixes anything. What a shambles.
