They won't be paying drillers in shares as that agreement was just for the last drill campaign(s)?
Unless they renew it for the upcoming drills.
I don't mind either way.
Whatever helps us not dilute anymore/the least from here - and I'm sure Dean will pick the best option for shareholders.
With Board/Management being the biggest shareholders, who will now have put in $7M+ of their own cash, after this raise.
That's $7,000,000+ of their own, hard-earned, after-tax cash (ie. probably means they had to earn $10M-14M before tax, depending on their tax rates) - and you'd think they'll get a nice return on that, as they always do with all the companies?
