yes Mac, but - with the greatest of respect - this is no longer simply the Sir Roland Bleyer PDY debacle focused on just Oakajee. The 6.8bn gift from the fallen mogul. That’s the target of anger. It’s a wholly different beast now, headed by Ding, and it’ll be an infrastructure company backed by Chinese heavyweight mine builders, who once in Central West Africa will be geographically available for any additional projects that add to the bottom line. And who knows what value that will be?

I think Insto’s will see this differently to the PDY era, and this is no longer just Oakajee, it’s also a huge high-quality OS IO play. ( 40mtpa is not huge in terms of the 650 Australia currently exports to a China each year...but it’s a start. )

The cook time for Mbalam is decades, and then we sprinkle that dish with that great Aussie spice Oakajee. That’s a mighty fine banquet.

Bleyer is history, a sad history. So is PDY. It didn’t perturb me when I bought into the ANS dream. Foolishly or not, I made my choice. I rolled the die. So, I won’t let the dream die.

And what a sideline, not only does Oakajee have renewed hope, now we have a firm grasp on Africa. Not in the bag yet...but why let that stop the fun of dreaming what may be.
