says to me someone is desperately putting in applications to delay inevitable bankruptcy.
in terms of nothing important, if it got up it would have had to be announced by xstate, as it would be material.
so imho there would be nothing preventing at least one bankruptcy right now. so the question is when will this happen and why is it taking so long?
