I don't read it as 90 million.
I read it as either:
a)20 million @ 25cents plus 20 million options @ 35cents, or
b) 50million at 20cents
I could be wrong but the word 'otherwise' suggests it's an either or.
Why have they been sitting on their hands for 12months? Good question. Ask Garry. Obviously they have always been confident the deal will go through so perhaps a lot of energy and time has gone into that.
