True JT but i'm just baffled by the thinking of yesterdays supposed 'anticipation of the shortfall' Does anyone know what remifications there will be for CMIC not completing the deal? The Gov't has done us no favours in relation to mining tax and timing of the whole thing, not to mention current indecisiveness.

I just hope the coming capital injection is spent on things that will ensure a re-rating of the company so when EMG do raise capital we don't all suffer the affect of major dillution. This is one thing that interested me about this company from the very beginning, there are not a lot of shares on issue and they appear tightly held by a select few.

Lets hope we see some positive action that brings to a good finish of a toxi turby year.
