Agree, however I would have thought they would have provided the operational update first on the Helium, followed by this announcement... makes me jittery that this has been delivered to soften any blow.
That said, would they have signed up for the loan without the knowledge that the Helium was flowing.
I guess we will find out today or tomorrow.
