The lower the price of the buyback in this case, the better. As opposed to an on-market buyback, which you kinda want as high as possible.
In this case, the lower the buyback, the less money needs to be spent by PGI.
Shares then cancelled = increase in intrinsic value of every remaining share, reverse dilution.
