Yat has already filed with his changes.
Aslya Investments and Outblaze Asia Investments are both holdings of Yat's (I'm 99% sure). Overall that equates for 62.5m shares. Or 8.3% of all shares.
Arthur Madrid and Sebastion Borget hold approx 20m shares each (and are the CEO and co-founder of Pixowl respectively). But these shares might have been given as part of the take-over, rather than bought on the market.
The Top20 (including nominee accounts) hold 58% of all shares. Quite a few individuals and investment companies are in the T20. Looking good.
Costs in 2017 racked up to almost $15m, and the strategy update from this month mentioned $14.9m revenue. But I don't think $14.9m takes CR and the sale to iCandy etc into account. So we may see profit in the 2018 4E. Or we may see a loss (if costs are $15m like 2017 and revenue of $14.9m included other cash handed on like iCandy and the CDH HTML5 payment). But I actually expect a profit. Who knows. Only a few hours left.
