Just trying to unweave some of the bullS$*t that's all. I believe in DVP and BB but annoucements like this are misleading. Technically they have substantially commenced as far as the EPA is concerned but this announcement gives the impression the project is rolling ahead with a full head of steam meanwhile we have no tangible information out of Woodlawn to suggest anything like that is happening. Given Woodlawn is meant to fund SS don't you think this one is slightly on the nose?
