    Ok, DVP has funds at hand for this, it’s started. Period. It needn’t rely wholly on WL funds to get SS going.
    Please explain how/why this announcement is on the nose?
    It’s an update to what has currently happened and to future operations.

    How anyone can make this into an underhanded ploy for whatever reason is beyond me.
