How on earth can they say "low capex development pathway"when they have never presented a flow sheet.
The big question is ::how much acid will they need to use to recover the rare earths???
You can see vineyards from the AR3 property.
If they have had a metallurgical breakthrough that does not require acid they should have said so.
Acid means stainless steel and very high CAPEX.Think high pressure acid leach as in lateritic nickel.
These guys are either in another world when it comes to building plants or deliberately misleading.
