Because it's pretty much the same as what was released a few years back. I'm surprised it's dropped but long term holders who have now seen 2 Jorcs have taken the opportunity to sell out.
Let it sink in and people will start to buy in. Always sellers on news.
It's just a Jorc..people expecting a re-rate will have to wait for some MOU or binding agreements... This is still a while off in my opinion.
