No, that assumption is incorrect @pinballsc Substantial holders must acknowledge each 1% decline in holding once greater than 5%, so if they were holding 11% and sold down to < 10% they'd need to submit a notice.
It appears I misread that @moimoi thank you.
It seems Ntsimbintle Holdings recently purchased the shares on-market at $0.28 and it's highly unlikely they are doing this for a short term trade.
