1- upset that company didn't give us a chance to partake in either of the last two capital raisingS
But
2- could have and have bought after these raisings at below the insto prices.
Me confused how I feel about this.
I suppose good. The company raises money much quicker with the sophisticated investor - no need for prospectus and expense whilst I get a cheaper price and them!
I am guessing a few of us are "propping up" the share price in the mid high 80's. Prob just kidding myself.
