We wording of this statement is a bit odd. The first part indicates these substantial holders were included in the annual report - which they were. But the second paragraph is worded to suggest they just became substantial shareholders.
Anyway, in summary the annual report has BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. holding 1.38m shares. This has increased slightly to 1.44m shares.
Vanguard was listed as having 6.1m shares, which has decreased quite substantially by about 80% to 1.3m shares. This probably just reflects the fall in the share price given most of us know these companies run index funds.
