Exactly. People forget that BFS was as per SKI needs and whatever they need and when is what AUZ will be producing. AUZ will not produce and hold stock trying to see if there are other buyers. Our neighbours in Flemington might do that. It might be good for them or bad as well. For AUZ it will be a bit less good but guaranteed returns. And guaranteed is the word the banks love.
