I would be more worried about the Message rather than the Messenger ?
Something is obviously amiss when the Minister is under the belief that IXR is going to produce 350 Million tonnes of REE !
Either somebody is telling Porkies or has failed to present the facts in a way the Minister understands.
I can only speculate what she will think when she finds out the number is closer to 150,000 tons of REE !
