Not sure. Lots of factors to consider in addition to what I mentioned. Time to production and financing, for example. But I don't think it is an obvious hold, which you suggested:
"Really cannot believe people are willing to sell MOD at this low SP with this announcement!"
Makes it sound like the company is obviously undervalued.
