Not sure sovereignty is such a big deal in Guinea given there are already many foreign mine producers and I don't think there are any landowner dispute in Guinea since the government own them for the tenement to be void so the Chinese will need to purchase the tenement you would think, hence my thought that this tenement is worth at least $200M.
