it is an interesting component of all of this, the sovereignty issue/risk. The main reason for all of the focus on REEs is because they are currently all produced in China and there is obviously growing demand as well. Moving this risk to Africa (albeit a very promising project) is slightly different to moving to Australia in one of the most sustainable jurisdictions in the developed world.
