I don't remember if I was the one mentioning anything about silicon, but I am not that concerned about silicon, I believe we are still years away from replacing graphite with silicon, as they continue to develop and improve the technology, though Mercedes has just announced they will use batteries with Silicon anodes in their upcoming electric G-class series, the transition will take time if all battery manufacturers are to go that way.

Meanwhile Graphite still remains high in demand and is expected to continue increasing, as 10x more graphite is needed in an EV Lit battery than Lithium, this has not been realized all that much yet in graphite stocks across the ASX, but could see some action like Lithium if and when it does get realized. Still a lot more room for movement with REEs and HPA too across the ASX.
