The accounting entries are:

Dr Cash at Bank (Balance Sheet account)
Cr Payments made in advance (Balance Sheet account)
(Booking of customer orders not delivered)

Dr Payments in Advance (Balance Sheet)
Cr Revenue (PnL account)
(Entry to recognise revenue, once the order is fulfilled)

Trust ZNO and their accountants, no reason for ZNO to play silly buggers with numbers, noting the organisation is audited.

BTW I'm a qualified CA - so know a bit more about accounting entries than I do about chemicals or marketing lol
