So? It's an uncomplicated problem that scales linearly. Hire temps, do packing in the parking lot if you have to. Packing each order shouldn't really take 15 minutes anyway - that's being conservative. Product should already be sorted and accessible by packers close by.

Bottom line stands, this is not a 'good' problem to have like many here seem to want to falsely believe. Should be picking up market share, not closing the online store. They need to scale and they have cash in bank to do so. "Don't you think they would add more staff if they could" is a bit feeble.
