Well based on around $22 L average selling price (my estimate) that suggests he is very optimistic about the potential sales volumes for the next 12 months if that is the case.
It really makes no difference anyway, it has a 5 year shelf life & the cost is low.
$22 x 6m = $132m
$132m ÷ 5 years = $26.4m
