First of all it’s an automated reply so how do you know anything is irrational
And sorry I didn’t want to get corona virus from getting on Plane to fly to London that I ordered well in advance of my trip ordering the “travel kit”
If they didn’t think they could supply it perhaps they should have said so on the website not saying it will be delivered in 10 days or sent an email without having to ask basic customer advice is to send an update email
