The price is recovering nicely considering that there is a significant arbitrage opportunity to dump some shares and buy back through the SPP. I sold a few shares yesterday @ $0.135 and B-PAYED the $30K at the same time. I'm fully invested at the moment so had to trim the holding to take up the full amount under the offer. I guess it helps that NASDAQ holders can't participate but you would still expect such investors to wait until the new shares hit the market before buying.

Good plan to sell and repurchase if you like these guys. I had a look at the register recently there are not be many still holding 30K. My guess is not many after the raise either.
