The price is recovering nicely considering that there is a significant arbitrage opportunity to dump some shares and buy back through the SPP. I sold a few shares yesterday @ $0.135 and B-PAYED the $30K at the same time. I'm fully invested at the moment so had to trim the holding to take up the full amount under the offer. I guess it helps that NASDAQ holders can't participate but you would still expect such investors to wait until the new shares hit the market before buying. The fact that the capital raising was amongst existing shareholders probably helps. This company has a poor track record of managing capital raising. I am quite disappointed that the chairman hasn't performed better in this regard. It's never a good time to raise capital I know, but, honestly. I didn't react positively to James latest attempts to spin the situation in the latest video spruke released. What other choice do we have other than just limp along and hope for good news. I think a few people raised the point at the time of why didn't they go to their existing shareholders earlier instead of the disastrous ATM route? Speculative buy. I'm prepared to lose 100%.

Good plan to sell and repurchase if you like these guys. I had a look at the register recently there are not be many still holding 30K. My guess is not many after the raise either. Why didn't you wait though? You will be disappointed if the SP falls below 11cents.
