I agree the company has not managed raising new capital well from both timing perspective and the method used. The latest decision to limit to existing shareholders is good but they have allowed too much time to action. It should have been limited to a week to a maximum of two weeks to action and right now we are in limbo as the price is stuck knowing the existing holders can purchase at lower price to market.
