Good morning mate
I think the main issue with the pickup here, is that there was 0 mention of this action in the AGM or any communications with shareholders, so it was 100% out of the blue.
This also then begs the question as to what funds were used, how much did it cost, what projects now lose funds for this etc. etc.
In saying that, it could have been a stroke of genius as BRE are expecting results shortly, and I think management need to capitalise and release a 2024 ann detailing why they picked it up, and the plan moving forward.
Hopefully we are not too far away from some company news or an update!
