There is an overhang with this stock that has nothing to do with the CN.
I think it has to do with investors that came into this stock via a share placement when this stock was trading as IP1.
That event had nothing to do with the current management team.
My assumption; these disenfranchised investors are selling out every time the SP heads into the mid 03's.
Lets hope there are not to many left.
