I had this on my watchlist to buy but now I think it is a real risk of administration or being in trouble.
I think it's safer to wait for a recap, might be able to pick it up at 10 cents.
There is also not much liquidity so if there is a forced seller it could go to 50 cents pretty quickly, maybe stick in an order but make sure you're willing to get hit!!
