Somewhat suprised it took SPT this long to decide to stop throwing money out the door, especially given the deal was tranched to retain value on expected SP increase over time. My understanding was that SPT made a decision to sell so they could redeploy that capital in a more meaningful way within their buisiness. So i dont expect them to reinvest, but holding onto what is i think less than 50% of what they had, & not selling for 10% of the initial value of the stock at deal time, is a positive. A rise in SP ? Im not sure how far that will go , but BLG has seen a lot of stock change hands ,on market, through covid, i wonder if there might be another big investor dipping their toes in.
