    Generally considered a good thing:
    - Firstly it means that a small number of holders are heavily invested in the firm; therefore their fortunes are closely tied to the success of the company.
    - Secondly since those top 10 or so holders are generally expected to hold long-term (and certainly some of those shares are in escrow and can't be sold) it leaves only a small portion of shares that can readily be traded - thus if there is a good announcement for instance then the share price can move up in a hurry.
    Conversely of course both of these factors can be negatives in certain circumstances (e.g. a bad announcement can have the price heady south in a hurry) but as I said - generally the above would be seen as a strength in a newly-listed company.
