re: Ann: SUBSTANTIAL UPGRADE TO PANDA HILL RE... i agree with ddzx, this is pretty straightforward, i guess we will find out some time hopefully in Q1 2014 based on their schedule of the scoping study some indications of what a DFS cost will be and the possible avenues of funding the project and i think a re rate once those unknowns become known...
As a side note, a mate of mine involved with another resource company in Africa mentioned the Cradle MD is going to speak at Indaba conference first week of Feb
