Looks good. Smallish size raise with funds to be used for international expansion and saleable product. Excellent.
I also like the free option - exercisable at 8c! Too often this is given in-the-money and is just further dilution. If (when) IHL gets to 8c, i'll be more than happy for the soph's to exercise.
