They could have pitched at 6.30 - 6.50 but no, MacQ just slashed it to 6.00 so that their wealthy mates in institutions got cheap stock while retail holders get shafted by peeling a dollar off their share price. Too easy for them to pocket a quick 3.5 million in fees for basically doing nothing.
Wonder what happened to that law that stated no shareholder can be disadvantaged over another ?
Too many sleazy unfair deals occur nowadays without being pulled up. At the very least, existing retail holders should have got a SPP at the same price of $6
