Thank@TerryJK it's good to know Malinauskas has that stance.
Labor tried to overturn the previously granted Ministerial approvals for Vimy, Toro and Cameco in WA when Labor took office but after receiving legal advice decided against it. While Vimy was the only one of those projects to gain "substantial commencement" on their project, hopefully those same legal constraints prevent any about-face from the SA Labor government if it decides to toe the party line.
